  • Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address and authentication credentials (via Supabase).
  • User Profile & Preferences: We collect data regarding your dietary restrictions, allergies, family size, kitchen appliances, and taste preferences to generate personalized meal plans.
  • User Content: Recipes, meal plans, and shopping lists that you create, modify, or save within the App.
  • Support Data: Information sent to us when you contact customer support.

B. Information Automatically Collected

  • Usage Data: We use analytics providers (such as PostHog) to collect information about how you interact with the App, including buttons clicked, screens viewed, and time spent.
  • Device Information: We collect device-specific information such as device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.

C. Information from Third Parties

  • Purchase History: We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. We receive information about your subscription status (e.g., active, expired) but we do not store or process your full credit card or payment information. All payments are processed directly by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide the Service: Generate AI-powered meal plans, recipes, and shopping lists based on your preferences.
  • Process Transactions: Manage your subscription status via RevenueCat.
  • Improve the App: Analyze usage trends to fix bugs and enhance user experience.
  • Communications: Send you administrative emails (e.g., password resets) or promotional communications (if you have opted in).

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We share data with third-party vendors who help us operate the App:
    • Supabase: For database hosting and authentication.
    • OpenAI (or similar AI providers): Anonymized prompts are sent to generate recipes and meal plans.
    • PostHog: For product analytics.
    • RevenueCat: For subscription management.
  • Grocery Partners: If you choose to export your shopping list to a third-party service (e.g., Instacart, Amazon Fresh), specific ingredient data will be passed to that provider to fulfill your request.
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law, subpoena, or other legal process.

4. AI Disclaimer

Our Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate content. While we strive for accuracy, AI may occasionally generate incorrect or misleading information. We do not guarantee the nutritional accuracy, safety, or quality of recipes generated.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data as long as your account is active.

  • Right to Delete: You may delete your account and all associated data at any time directly within the App settings or by contacting us at support@goslated.com. Upon request, your data will be permanently removed from our servers.

6. Children's Privacy

Slated is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
